At Baga Saraswat Gyan Niketan, we value every contribution and strive to ensure complete transparency. Since donations are voluntary and for a charitable cause, we maintain the following policy regarding cancellations and refunds:
1. Donation Cancellations
- Once a donation is made, it cannot be canceled.
- Donors are therefore requested to carefully check all details before making a contribution.
2. Refunds
- Donations made successfully are non-refundable as they are immediately allocated towards our educational projects.
- In case of duplicate transactions or wrong deductions due to technical error, donors may request a refund by contacting us within 7 working days.
- Refund requests will be reviewed, and if found valid, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.
